Sweet vintage blue infant pajama set applique lamb Hollywood Needlecraft

Description

This is a very sweet infant pajama set in a blue nylon with a crepe finish.  There is an applique of a lamb on the front. The set is tagged as a small and some measurements follow to help with fit.
The set is in good vintage condition.  The only thing to note is a small gap in the seam on one of the feet.
The waist is 7 inches unstretched
The back length is 10 inches
The ankle to the waist is 13 inches
The bootie is 4.5 inches
