Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the top and bottom of the device (see pictures #10-11).
Some terminal walls have been broken.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device using an in house AC power cord wired to the power terminals.
I was able to test the indicator lights working by pressing the Target Reset button.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts or as a non-working item.
No power supply is included.
