Organic Indigo Dye Kit.
Brand new, unused.
Originally purchased from House Sparrow on Etsy but realized I do not have the time nor space to use!
This kit will easily dye a 3-5 t-shirts, several sets of napkins or tea towels, several skeins of yarn, or another project that measures 3 yards or fewer.
KIT INCLUDES:
-Enough organic indigo (5 grams) and reducing agents to create a one-gallon indigo vat
-1 pair of gloves
-Rubber bands
-2 wood blocks
-100% cotton tea towel
-Written instructions and links to videos on shibori resist and tying techniques
-Handmade, hand-dyed indigo cloth pouch to hold your supplies, or to serve as gift wrapping
YOU'LL NEED:
-Natural fibers to dye (examples: cotton, linen, silk)
-A pot, never again to be used for cooking, large enough to hold a gallon of dye, ideally with a lid
-Three mixing cups, never again to be used for cooking, large enough to hold a cup of liquid each
-A pole or stick for stirring
-A clothesline or wire clothes dryer
