Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
The original power cord was damaged and has been replaced.
The front left edge of the case is bent (see picture #3).
There are heavier scuffs and scratches on both sides of the meter (see pictures #6 and #10).
There is a minor amount of rust on the top of the meter (see picture #11).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device with the attached power cord.
The display is tested to be working and free of dead pixels.
The buttons are functional when pressed.
The start up functions as it should as the meter was able to show the frequency the item runs at.
The frequency displayed at F60 (60Hz) and then displayed the serial number of the Attenuator.
I was unable to test the Detector Input and the connections to the rear of the meter due to a lack of testing equipment.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is as a partially tested item.
No accessories included.
