Item Description
KAELUS' IPA-0850 iPA series PIM analyzer is the first battery powered PIM test analyzer versatile enough to support multiple test scenarios such as testing at the top of the tower, base of tower, roof top and in-building for DAS systems. This IEC compliant 20 W, rugged, battery operated design also offers an optional Range to Fault (RTF) module to quickly identify the location of PIM and return loss sources. Every iPA comes equipped with a Wi-Fi capable tablet providing remote control of the unit allowing your hands to be freed to conduct safe dynamic testing at the top of the tower and in hard to reach remote locations.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Avalon. Orders are governed by the applicable trade term specified on the quotation or agreed to by Avalon. Prices exclude any applicable sales, value-added or similar tax payable by the purchaser. Title to hardware and consumable products will pass to the purchaser upon shipment. Purchasers may cancel orders prior to shipment at no charge. For items without installation included in the purchase price, acceptance occurs upon delivery. For items with installation included in the purchase price, acceptance occurs when the item passes Avalon?s installation and test procedures. If a purchaser schedules or delays installation by Avalon more than thirty (30) days after delivery, acceptance of the item occurs on the thirty-first (31st) day after delivery. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or acknowledgment documentation and are subject to change if purchaser's financial condition or payment record merits such change. Avalon may discontinue performance if the purchaser fails to pay any sum due or fails to perform under this or any other Avalon agreement if, after ten (10) days written notice, the failure has not been cured.
Calibration
Items will not include a calibration certificate unless otherwise specified. Calibration is available for an additional charge upon request.

All eBay orders will be processed and invoiced in U.S. Dollars, worldwide.
Domestic Buyers - PayPal, Wire Transfer, Company, Bank, or Personal Check.
International Buyers: PayPal or Wire transfer only.
All funds must be in U.S. Dollars.
Unsecured funds must clear prior to shipment. Wire Transfers are subject to a .00 service fee.
For information regarding payment, purchasers must check the payment box on the product pages, which will provide the accepted methods of payment and possible fees that might be added to the purchase.
All requests for 3rd party payment must be stated in writing with supporting documents. Avalon reserves sole discretion to accept or reject payment from a third party who is not the purchaser or contractual party.

All domestic shipments are made through UPS unless otherwise noted. Purchasers who wish to utilize their own shipping account must notify Avalon prior to checkout.
International shipping is available. However, some international laws prohibit Avalon from shipping certain items to certain countries. Additionally, not all countries are supported by Avalon's service provider. Purchasers may elect to use their own carrier, but such purchasers will be responsible for providing the correct documentation and scheduling the pickup. Avalon does not ship via USPS. In all sales where an item is prohibited to ship internationally to a successful purchaser, such purchaser will be notified of non-shipment and a full refund will be made. Avalon reserves the right not to ship any item internationally that is controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce's laws and regulations and deemed non-shippable to that region of the world or to listed individuals. eBay's International Shipping calculations do not include any additional duties, fees, or VAT that may be associated with importing an item into a foreign country, so purchasers should bid accordingly. All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Sold-to, Bill-To and Ship-to address must be in the same country. For export control reasons, Avalon is not able to ship to a freight forwarding company. International purchasers must pass U.S. customs security screening. The purchase will be canceled in case of a purchaser failing security screening.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of test equipment from Avalon Equipment Corporation DBA Avalon Test Equipment and Avalon Equipment Corp (Avalon) through its eBay store.
Avalon may update these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing updates at its eBay store, and the terms and conditions applicable to a purchase shall be those in effect and made available by Avalon at its eBay store at the time of such purchase.
Governing Law
All equipment sales shall be deemed to be executed in San Diego County, California, and all terms of sale are to be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of California.
Warranty Information
The sole and exclusive warranty made by Avalon is a thirty (30) day limited warranty that each item of equipment, when shipped, will be in good operating condition. The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for failure of any equipment to conform to such limited warranty shall be that Avalon, at its election shall repair or replace any item of equipment that is not in good operating condition when shipped to the purchaser. The foregoing limited warranty and remedy are the exclusive warranty and remedy. Other than the foregoing limited warranty, Avalon has not made and does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to any matter whatsoever including, without limitation, the design compliance with specifications, operation, or condition of any equipment and/or software or any part thereof, the merchantability of any equipment and/or software, the fitness of any equipment and/or software for a particular purpose, or issues regarding patent infringement, title and the like. The purchaser has selected all equipment and/or software for the purchaser?s intended use without Avalon?s assistance and recognizes that Avalon is not a manufacturer of any equipment and/or software.

Equipment may be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment. All sales are final upon the expiration of the thirtieth (30) day period. There is a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returned equipment. Returns must be shipped with all original packaging and accessories. Avalon will not accept any returned items with signs of wear and tear or internal component alterations. All items will ship with "Warranty Void" tamper-resistant stickers. If any stickers have been removed or tampered with, the warranty will be void, Avalon will reject the return, and no refund will be issued. Purchasers should include the RMA # on the packing slip, waybill, or package.
