IFR FM/AM 500A Communications Service Monitor Ham Shortwave CB

Up for auction is a very clean and working IFR FM/AM 500A communications service monitor, last serviced and calibrated by KG Electronics on 07 /16 /2018.  Serial # 7007 with the 115 option.  Incudes  power cord, front cover, carrying handle and copy of the operating manual. The front cover which I bought separately at a later date is dented in places but it fits the unit fine. Latches are a bit pitted with a little rust. Non-smoking environment and I have had this on my radio test bench for years and it is my main workhorse, always reliable. Am a ham radio op for 40+ years and I take care of my stuff. If you are a ham or SWL you can use this as a receiver just as I have done.  Receives AM,FM.SSB from 250 kHz - just under 1 Gig.  Has built-in speaker and demodular jack for headphone use.
Manual is also available on-line.  Only reason I am selling this with heavy heart is that I want to upgrade.
