Seeds of Gloxinia Avanti F1 Light Purple - 5 seeds !
Gloxinia "Avanti" blue with white edge is luxury and very fashionable among gardeners indoor plant from the family of plants of gesneriaceae. The early flowering series among Nemirovich gloxinia. The flowers are bell-shaped, violet-blue with white edge, with a pleasant velvety surface is crowned with long peduncles. Wide oval leaves on short stalks adorn the base of the peduncle.
The adult plant produces 10-15 large flowers, giving the impression of an elegant bouquet. Gloxinia prefers a bright, Sunny place without direct sunlight. The ideal temperature for growth 20°C-25°C day and 18°C-22°C at night. During flowering needs abundant watering, weekly feeding, moist air (misting with a spray bottle). In October-November, after flowering, watering and stop fertilizing. When gloxinia leaves will wither, the tubers removed from the soil and placed in storage in shallow boxes of slightly damp sand or perlite, which are mounted in a room with a temperature of 10-12°C.
