Items that have been tampered with or have had the identification sticker removed will not be considered for warranty. Except as specifically set forth above, EMA implies no other warranty other than the repair, replacement or at our discretion, issue a refund. All consequential damage to property, loss of profit or personal injury is specifically excluded.
