    The cap reaches 2-10 cm in diameter, first wide-conic, with a curled edge, then flattened with an obscure blunt tubercle in the center, in old mushrooms, sometimes with a raised edge. The color is yellow-ocher, ocher-brown, red-brown, bluish-gray-brown. Scales of young fungi over the entire surface of the cap, thin out with age closer to the edge, may be completely absent at the edge, pyramidal-fibrous, bulging, nearly pressed to the edge, quickly washing off almost the entire surface of the cap in the center.
    The plates are quite frequent, descending teeth on the leg, whitish in young mushrooms, then acquiring a reddish-brownish tint.
    Leg up to 10 cm long, 0.9-2 cm thick, club-shaped, thickening at the base up to 3 cm, whitish over the ring, below - grayish-brownish. The total veil of young mushrooms completely covers the surface of the leg, then remains in the form of small yellowish or grayish-brownish flakes, the ring is radial-fibrous, improperly tearing, whitish, with yellowish remnants of a common blanket.
    The flesh is whitish, with a pleasant mushroom smell and astringent taste.
    Spore powder is white. Spores 7-10 × 4.5-7 microns, broadly elliptical to almost spherical. The basidia are four spore, 29–45 × 8.5–11 μm, club-shaped. Heilocytes are usually of regular shape, but often irregular, club-shaped or nearly cylindrical. Cuticle caps - cutis.
